The Journey Stone

The ability to travel, without leaving your body.  Take your crystal in your right hand and place it 1- 1 ½ inches below your navel, at the hara.  Cover the crystal with the palm of your right hand.  Place the thumb of your left hand at the notch at the base of your throat (the sternal notch).  The remaining fingers of the left hand rest comfortably together just below the right collar bone.
