Balance Your Chakras 1 - 20

Chakra (chakra in Sanskrit) means “wheel” and refers to energy points in your body. They are thought to be spinning disks of energy that should stay “open” and aligned, as they correspond to bundles of nerves, major organs, and areas of our energetic body that affect our emotional and physical well-being.

The seven chakras are thought of as the main energy points in your body, which run down the spine.

In this workshop, we will also be working with chakras outside the body. We have found that the physical & emotional traumas from past lives may be stored in chakras #12, #14, etc.

We will use the Tibetan bowls and energy techniques to:

  • align the chakras with the body.

  • optimize the spin/rotation of the chakras.

  • clear present and past life emotions from each chakra.

  • clear shock & trauma from each chakra.

  • enhance the overall energy of each chakra.

  • improve the energy flow from each chakra to your glands.

  • teach the Egyptian Hand position for quick chakra balancing.

Aaron & Claudia will provide intuitive insights for participants.
